Tecate Ranch Whole Wheat bread
- 1 ½ cups + 4 Tablespoon of water
- 3 Tablespoon canola oil
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses
- 3 ¼ cups wheat flour
- ½ cup wheat bran (or try oat bran or wheat)
- 2 ½ Tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- ¾ Teaspoon yeast
Flax Seed Whole wheat 1 ½ lb loaf
- 1 1/3 cups + 2 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup nonfat dry milk
- 2 Tablespoon Flax seed
- 1 Tablespoon vital wheat gluten
- 2 Teaspoon salt
- ½ Teaspoon yeast
