Basic White 2lb loaf

400ml of water
4 ¼ cups bread flour
1 Teaspoon. Diastolic malt powder or sugar
2 Tablespoon. Dry Milk
2 Tablespoons Vital wheat gluten
2 Teaspoon Salt
2 ½ Tablespoon. Butter or olive oil
1 Teaspoon Active Dry yeast

Place ingredients in the bread pan and select Basic White setting.

Check dough and adjust water to ensure it is a sticky, smooth dough. Add a tablespoon of flour if too sticky.

 

Options:

Add 1 cup of grated cheese, 2 Tablespoons of rehydrated diced onion 1 tablespoon of garlic and herb seasoning

 

1 1/2 lb Zojirushi 100% Whole wheat

  • 400ml water
  • 2 Tblsp Butter or oil (Olive, walnut, your choice)
  • 3 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 2 tspn salt

2lb seed loaf - High Altitude Recipe For Bread Machine.

  Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups of water
  • 1 cup Buttermilk, or 1 cup of water, 2 Tbsp dried milk and 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbsp butter room temp or cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Molasses
  • 3 1/3 cups of bread flour
  • 2/3 cups of quaker old fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cups of mixed seed. I used GERBS raw Super 7 Seeds, off Amazon.
  • 1 Tbsp of vital gluten, I use Bob's Red Mill
  • 2 tspn salt
  • 1 1/2 tspn Yeast

 Instructions

  • Select regular cycle, I like dark crust.
  • Check dough should be sticky on the sides of the bread pan.
  • Add more water if it is dry
  • Add more flour if it is to wet

 

Tecate Ranch Whole Wheat bread

1 ½ cups + 4 Tablespoon of water
3 Tablespoon canola oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Molasses
3 ¼ cups wheat flour
½ cup wheat bran (or try oat bran or wheat)
2 ½ Tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
2 Teaspoon Salt
¾ Teaspoon yeast


Flax Seed Whole wheat 1 ½ lb loaf

1 1/3 cups + 2 Tablespoon water
2 Tablespoon canola oil
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup nonfat dry milk
2 Tablespoon Flax seed
1 Tablespoon vital wheat gluten
2 Teaspoon salt
½ Teaspoon yeast

 

1 ½ lb loaf:

1 ½ cups +2 Tbsp of water
2 Tbsp butter or olive oil or Canola Oil or 2 Laughing Cow cheese wedges your choice
3 cups of bread flour
1/3 cup of either whole wheat flour or Buckwheat or bran or Quaker Oats, you choose
2 Tbsp Flax seed
3 Tbsp Vital wheat gluten
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp active dry yeast
