Ingredients

 

  • 3 or 4 large tomatoes (Diced with knife – Do not put in blender)
  • 1 med. Jalapeno
  • 1 med Serrano pepper
  • Handful of fresh cilantro
  • ½ med onion
  • 3 or 4 green onions
  • Tablespoon Vinegar
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime

 

Recipe

Slice tomatoes by hand, you do not want mushy tomatoes.

Then blend (or food process) all other ingredients

mix together and refrigerate for 1 hour before eating.
