Ingredients
- 3 or 4 large tomatoes (Diced with knife – Do not put in blender)
- 1 med. Jalapeno
- 1 med Serrano pepper
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- ½ med onion
- 3 or 4 green onions
- Tablespoon Vinegar
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- Black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
Recipe
Slice tomatoes by hand, you do not want mushy tomatoes.
Then blend (or food process) all other ingredients
mix together and refrigerate for 1 hour before eating.
