RHUBARB CAKE
- 1 - 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup. shortening, butter or margarine
Mix together and add:
- 1 cup sour milk (To sour milk, add 1 TBSP vinegar to 1 cup milk)
- 1 tsp. soda (Mixed into milk)
- 2 cup raw rhubarb, cut in pieces
- 2 - 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Pour into 9 X 13 in. pan and sprinkle top with mixture of 2 TBSP sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake 30 min. at 350 degrees.

RHUBARB CRUNCH
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cup rhubarb, cut fine
- 2 TBSP flour
- 2 TBSP butter
Mix together and put in baking pan. Then combine:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
Mix well and pour over the rhubarb mixture. Bake 40 min. at 350 degrees.

RHUBARB DESSERT
Crust:
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tsp. sugar 2 cup flour
Bake at 350 degrees, 10-15 min.
Filling:
- 5 cup cut rhubarb
- 1 cup cream
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 oranges and juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 egg yolks
Mix and spread on crust. Bake 45 min. longer.
