Tecate Ranch Whole Wheat bread · (High altitude adjusted by John Pammant )
1 1/3 cups + 4 Tbsp of water
3 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Molasses
3 ¼ cups wheat flour
½ cup wheat bran (or try oat bran or wheat)
2 ½ Tbsp Vital wheat gluten
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 tsp Salt
¾ tsp yeast
Select whole wheat on the bread machine.
