Zojirushi BB-PAC20 – High Altitude adjusted by John Pammant

Recipe

100% Whole Wheat Bread 1 ½ lb Loaf

  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • 2 Tablespoon. Butter or walnut oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Molasses
  • 3 ½ cups of whole wheat flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon of Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 1 Teaspoon Active Dry yeast

Place ingredients in the bread pan and select whole wheat setting.

Check dough and adjust water to ensure it is a sticky, smooth dough. Add a tablespoon of flour if too sticky.
